Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United Kingdom
- Republic of Ireland
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of these regions.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- UK: 1–3 working days
- Republic of Ireland: 3–7 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays or peak periods.
Tracking
Most orders are sent using tracked or partially tracked services.
If tracking is available for your order, it will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Customs & Import Charges
Orders shipped to the Republic of Ireland or USA may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at help@pokepops.cards with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.
We kindly ask that you allow sufficient time for delivery before getting in touch, especially during busy periods.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
