Thank you for shopping with Poke Pops! We’re based in the United Kingdom and ship our Japanese Pokémon cards worldwide.

How We Ship Internationally

We now use FedEx International for most overseas orders to provide faster and more reliable delivery.

  • Carrier: FedEx International (primary service)
  • Dispatch Time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days (can vary by location)

You’ll receive full tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs & Import Fees

We want to be upfront and transparent — customs fees are not prepaid on international orders.

In many cases, low-value orders will not incur any additional charges, but this depends entirely on your country’s import rules.

If fees do apply, they are charged by your local customs authority or courier before delivery.

Important Information

By placing an international order with Poke Pops, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country
  • We cannot mark items to avoid customs or alter declared values
  • Orders refused due to customs charges are not eligible for refund
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Ordering from the United States 🇺🇸

We ship to the US regularly with fast and reliable delivery via FedEx.

  • Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days
  • The US has a high import threshold ($800), so most orders do not incur customs fees
  • In rare cases, US Customs may still apply charges — these are outside of our control

Ordering from the European Union 🇪🇺

For EU customers, customs treatment is different:

  • Orders may be subject to VAT and handling fees on arrival
  • Charges typically apply once your order exceeds your country’s import threshold (often low)
  • FedEx will usually contact you to pay any fees before delivery

We recommend keeping orders smaller if you want to reduce the chance of additional charges.
